Private Music Teachers earn $5.00 more per Student Western Burbs

I am the Musical Director of the Garage Band ensemble program at The Oak Brook Academy of Music. The Academy is set to close in December and I am continuing the program in another location. I am still looking for rehearsal space but as of this moment the location is probably going to be Downers Grove and/or Hinsdale. I am also considering making the Garage Band program no exclusive to a single music store. To do this I need a pool of students to draw from.

My proposal to anyone who can refer me students in the Downers Grove, Hinsdale area is this. I will pay you $5.00 per week for each student of yours that enrolls in my 12 week program (a total of $60.00). My current plan is to be able to pay the teachers the same amount if the student re-enrolls in the program and every time after that for as long as the student is involved.

I would also promise that your students would not in any way be solicited by me or any other private instructors. I would be more than happy to draft and sign a contract in regards to that.
